A dark Asian green that has a spoon like shape and a pleasant mild mustard flavor. Tatsoi can be eaten raw in salads and sandwiches, but may also be added to soups and stir-fry dishes. Tatsoi is packed with a slew of nutrients, including vitamin C, carotenoids, folate, calcium and potassium.  Ounce for ounce, these nutrient-dense leaves contain more than twice as much vitamin C as oranges.
