Great tasting varieties for your kitchen and general well-being.   Culinary garlic is smaller than seed garlic and is perfect for cooking!  

Spanish Roja:  Incredibly delicious gourmet garlic bulbs with a deep, rich flavor and large easy to peel cloves.  Our favorite to cook with here at Lost Creek.  Stores 3-4 months. 8-10 cloves per bulb. 

Siberian:  Large cloves with a creamy, mild flavor when cooked.  Hot when eaten raw. Extra large, easy to peel cloves, 4-7  cloves per bulb.  Produces edible scapes. Siberian stores for 5 months and is prized for its high allicin content. Allicin supports normal cholesterol levels, boosts the immune system, and enhances circulation.  

Inchelium Red:  An artichoke variety that is a national taste-test winner in the softneck division. This large, top-quality softneck was discovered on the Colville Indian Reservation in northern Washington.  A mild flavored garlic that stores very well for 6-9 months. 8-20 cloves per bulb

Music:  A Porcelain hardneck garlic with white skins, 4-6 large cloves and a hot, rich, true garlic flavor. Music has a high allicin content, allicin supports normal cholesterol levels, boosts the immune system, and enhances circulation.

Chesnok Red:  A Purple Stripe hardneck with large, easy to peel cloves that are brushed with just a hint of pink/purple coloring.  It has a mild creamy flavor and is great for baking.   Stores 6 months. 9-10 cloves per bulb.
